meet kyle morris
Successful conservative business leader Kyle Morris, today announced his candidacy for Texas House District 91 in next year’s election. Morris will bring principled conservative leadership, fight human trafficking, keep the border secure, and champion policies to strengthen families and communities.

A deeply personal mission drives Morris’s campaign. In 2022, Kyle and his family faced a harrowing ordeal when his teenage daughter was taken from a Dallas Mavericks game by sex traffickers.
With resilience and faith, Morris worked with law enforcement to get his daughter back. In the following months, Kyle saw huge gaps in the justice system in bringing the criminals to justice. Kyle later testified in Austin on legislation to change how missing persons investigations are handled and improve training that empowers law enforcement to fight these crimes. “One reason I am running is to fix this broken system and protect children,” said Morris.
Morris’s family nightmare fueled his commitment to stopping human trafficking and lax border security. Morris supports law enforcement and will fight to ensure first responders are equipped to protect communities, and Kyle demands accountability for rogue district attorneys who refuse to uphold the law.

Why Kyle Morris is Running?
Morris’s journey from personal tragedy to public advocacy ignited his passion for service. “For too long, I was a spectator in politics,” he said. “My family’s experience woke me up to the need for action. It’s my turn to serve the community that supported us.” A lifelong Texan, Kyle lives in North Richland Hills with his wife, Brooke, their two children, Christian (22) and Natalee (19), two dogs, and two cats. His business experience equips him to balance budgets, cut waste, and deliver results in Austin.
